What is coaching?

Coaching is a reflective, forward-focused process that helps you clarify what you want, understand what might be holding you back, and take purposeful action. It’s not advice or therapy  it’s about helping you think differently, gain clarity, and build the confidence to move forward.

Who is coaching for?

Coaching is for professionals who want to grow  whether that means navigating a career change, building leadership confidence, managing stress, or finding more balance and direction in life.

What can we work on together?

Common themes include:

  • Career transitions and goal setting
  • Building leadership or communication skills
  • Managing workload and boundaries
  • Increasing confidence and presence
  • Finding clarity and purpose in your next chapter

How does coaching work?

We meet one-on-one (virtually or in person), usually for 60 minutes. Each session focuses on what matters most to you right now, exploring your challenges, finding insights, and defining clear steps forward.

How long does coaching last?

Most clients work with a coach for 6 to 8 sessions, with sessions every two to three weeks. It’s long enough to create meaningful change, but flexible to suit your pace and goals. Number of sessions is up to you.

Is coaching confidential?

Absolutely. What we discuss stays between us. Confidentiality is key to building a safe, trusted space for honest reflection.

What if I am not sure coaching is for me?

That’s completely fine. The first conversation is free, we call it a “Chemistry Session,”  it’s a chance to explore what you’re looking for and see if we’re the right fit. There’s no obligation to continue.

Why “Lead in Life”?

Because leadership isn’t just about titles or roles it’s about how you show up, make choices, and influence your world. When you lead yourself well, you lead in life.

We begin with a consultation to understand your organization’s context, culture, and objectives and what success looks like for you, and the challenges or opportunities you’re navigating. This helps us identify the right coaching approach and the most suitable coaches for your team. We then run chemistry sessions to ensure each individual connects well with their coach. Throughout the program, we establish feedback loops and progress reviews to measure impact and maintain alignment with your goals.
